Dining Plan Information

When using the Disney Dining Plan, 1 Table-Service meal is redeemed per person at Biergarten Restaurant. Given that the experience includes unlimited buffet dining plus live entertainment, this is widely considered one of the better value uses of a single table-service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. The prix fixe pricing for the full buffet averages in the $$$ range ($35 to $59.99 per adult).

About Biergarten Restaurant

Step through the Germany Pavilion and into a perpetual Oktoberfest. Biergarten Restaurant is set within a recreation of a charming Bavarian village square, complete with a simulated night sky overhead and half-timbered facades lining the walls. The atmosphere is deliberately boisterous and communal — Guests are seated at long shared tables, strangers quickly become neighbors, and the whole room takes on the convivial spirit of a Munich beer hall at festival time.

The centerpiece of the experience is the live entertainment. A rotating cast of musicians performs traditional German oompah and polka music throughout the meal, keeping the energy lively and often inviting Guests to clap along or even join in the dancing. The entertainment is subject to change, but some form of live performance has been a fixture of Biergarten since the restaurant opened with EPCOT in 1982.

The restaurant’s setting draws directly from EPCOT’s founding vision of cultural education through immersion. The Germany Pavilion was designed in collaboration with German cultural advisors to authentically represent the look, feel, and flavors of the country. Biergarten takes that mission seriously on the plate — the bratwurst, schnitzel, hand-pulled strudel, and traditional beer selections are genuine representations of German cuisine rather than Americanized approximations.
