MagicTable FAQ
Everything you need to know about using MagicTable to secure your Disney dining reservations
MagicTable monitors Disney dining availability 24/7 and sends you instant push notifications or SMS alerts the moment a table opens up at your desired restaurant, date, time, and party size. Instead of constantly refreshing the Disney app yourself, MagicTable watches for you and alerts you within seconds when a reservation becomes available.
MagicTable covers over 150 dining locations across Walt Disney World and Disneyland, including popular restaurants like Space 220, Be Our Guest, Cinderella's Royal Table, and many more. You can also track special experiences like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Savi's Workshop.
MagicTable offers both free and premium tiers. You can start with a free alert to see how it works and experience the service. For unlimited alerts and advanced features, you can upgrade to a premium subscription.
MagicTable checks for availability much faster than manually refreshing Disney's website or app. You'll receive notifications within seconds of a table opening up, giving you the best possible chance to book it before other guests.
Yes! MagicTable is available on both the Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices, so you can use it on any smartphone or tablet.
To cancel your subscription, open the MagicTable app and go to the Account tab, then tap "Manage Subscription". From there, you can cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly through your Apple App Store account (for iOS) or Google Play Store account (for Android) by going to your subscriptions settings.
Refund requests must be processed through the platform where you made your purchase. For iOS users, contact Apple Support through the App Store to request a refund. For Android users, contact Google Play Support. Each platform has its own refund policies and will handle your request according to their guidelines.
Disney dining reservations are in extremely high demand, and many other people are also trying to book the same tables. When a reservation opens up, multiple guests may receive alerts from various services, and everyone rushes to book it. The reservation may be claimed within seconds by another guest who was a bit faster. This is why MagicTable's lightning-fast alerts give you the best chance - but availability is never guaranteed due to the competitive nature of Disney dining.
In addition to dining reservations at over 150 restaurants, MagicTable can help you track availability for special experiences like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (the princess makeover experience), Savi's Workshop (build your own lightsaber at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge), and other hard-to-book experiences at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
No, you can use MagicTable to monitor and receive alerts for Disney dining reservations even before you purchase park tickets. However, to actually book a reservation when you receive an alert, you'll need to use your My Disney Experience account, and you'll eventually need valid park admission to visit the restaurants.
