Wine Bar George is designed as a food-and-wine pairing destination. The food menu is deliberately built to complement wine — shareable boards, small plates, and entrees that reward thoughtful pairing rather than competing with it. • The Big Board — The flagship shared offering: a curated selection of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, house-made accompaniments, pickles, nuts, and fresh and dried fruits. Composable versions include the Cheese Board, Charcuterie Board, and Combination Board.
• Hummus — House-made with warm pita and seasonal vegetable accompaniments
• Deviled Eggs — Classic preparation with rotating seasonal toppings
• Roasted Cauliflower — With harissa, golden raisins, and herb yogurt

Wine

The wine program is the heart of the operation. George Miliotes has curated a list of over 140 wines organized by style and flavor profile rather than geography, making it accessible to guests regardless of their wine background. The list spans from everyday-drinking bottles under $40 to special occasion wines over $200.

• By-the-glass selections rotate to highlight seasonal favorites and new discoveries
• Wine flights are a featured offering, grouping three-ounce pours around a theme (bold reds, crisp whites, orange wines, etc.)
• Staff are trained to guide guests through pairings based on what they are eating and what flavor profiles they enjoy

Dining Plan Information

Wine Bar George accepts the Disney Dining Plan. As a standard Table Service restaurant, 1 Table-Service meal is redeemed per person. The $$ price range makes this one of the more value-efficient dining plan redemptions at Disney Springs, particularly for guests who would otherwise spend on wine and small plates out of pocket.

Note that alcoholic beverages are not covered by the dining plan; wine and specialty cocktails are an additional charge.

About Wine Bar George

Wine Bar George opened at Disney Springs in 2018, bringing Master Sommelier George Miliotes — one of only about 270 Master Sommeliers in the world — into a dedicated wine bar concept at Walt Disney World. It was a notable moment: the arrival of a program built around genuine wine expertise in a Disney setting that had historically prioritized broad appeal over depth.

Miliotes has deep roots in Florida dining, having helped establish Seasons 52 as a national concept before turning his attention to Wine Bar George. The result at Disney Springs is a restaurant that operates with the rigor of a serious wine program while remaining approachable for guests who order wine infrequently. The by-the-glass list is curated with hospitality in mind — staff are encouraged to engage guests in conversation about what they like rather than present the full list and step back.

The two-story space at Disney Springs features a main bar, dining room tables, and a second-floor mezzanine with views over the bar and the action below. The design is warm and contemporary — wood tones, wine storage as visual element, and lighting calibrated for evening dining — without the elaborate theming of the park restaurants. It fits naturally in the eclectic mix of the Disney Springs dining scene while maintaining a distinct identity centered on wine.
