Tortilla Jo’s is located in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. The Disneyland Resort does not offer a dining plan equivalent to Walt Disney World’s, so all meals are paid out of pocket. Reservations are accepted and recommended for dinner, particularly on weekends and during peak seasons.
