The Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party package includes:

• A curated Halloween dessert spread — Seasonally themed confections celebrating the spooky spirit of Oogie Boogie Bash, with sweets designed around the event’s villainous characters and Halloween aesthetic
• Beverages — Non-alcoholic options are included; alcoholic beverages are available for Guests 21 and older
• Reserved parade viewing — Dedicated viewing area for the Frightfully Fun Parade, one of the highlights of the Oogie Boogie Bash event

A valid separate-ticketed Oogie Boogie Bash event ticket is required in addition to the dessert party reservation. The dessert party does not include admission to the event itself.

The Frightfully Fun Parade

The Frightfully Fun Parade is the centerpiece of Oogie Boogie Bash, featuring Disney villains as the stars of the show — a rare reversal of the typical Disney parade format. Characters like Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Cruella de Vil, Dr. Facilier, and Oogie Boogie himself lead floats down the parade route, with accompanying dancers and performers in elaborate Halloween costumes.

The dessert party’s reserved viewing area puts guests in a prime position to see the parade without the need to stake out a spot along the route well in advance.

Booking Notes

• A valid Oogie Boogie Bash event ticket for the same date is required for each Guest ages 3 and older — event admission is not included in the dessert party price
• The dessert party is only available on select Oogie Boogie Bash event nights (August through October)
• All children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older for the full duration of the experience
• Costumes are welcome and encouraged, subject to Oogie Boogie Bash costume guidelines

Dining Plan Information

The Disneyland Resort does not currently offer a dining plan equivalent to Walt Disney World’s Disney Dining Plan. The Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party is paid entirely out of pocket. Pricing varies by event date and is subject to change — check the Disney website for current pricing when booking.

The Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party is a premium add-on for one of the most popular separately ticketed events at the Disneyland Resort. Oogie Boogie Bash itself — held on select nights from August through October at Disney California Adventure — draws enormous crowds, and the Frightfully Fun Parade in particular is a must-see that can be difficult to view comfortably without reserving a spot well in advance.

The dessert party solves that problem by combining a themed sweets experience with a reserved viewing area for the parade. Rather than arriving at the parade route 45 minutes early to hold your space on the curb, dessert party guests can enjoy Halloween-themed confections and then settle into their reserved section when parade time approaches.
