Monsieur Paul presents a sophisticated a la carte French menu for dinner, drawing on classical technique and seasonal ingredients. As EPCOT’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant, the kitchen produces some of the most refined cooking found anywhere on Disney property.

• Filet de Boeuf — center-cut beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce and pommes dauphine

Dining Plan Information

When using the Disney Dining Plan at Monsieur Paul, 2 Table-Service meals are redeemed per person. As one of EPCOT’s Signature Dining restaurants, the two-credit requirement reflects the elevated quality and price point of the experience. Advance dining reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance for Walt Disney World resort guests.

About Monsieur Paul

Monsieur Paul is named in honor of the legendary French chef Paul Bocuse — widely considered one of the most important figures in modern French cuisine. The restaurant occupies a beautifully appointed dining room on the second floor of the France Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, elevated above the promenade to offer views across the pavilion’s rooftops toward World Showcase Lagoon.

The Setting

The dining room is intimate and quietly opulent — warm lighting, white tablecloths, and refined table settings create an atmosphere that feels genuinely Parisian without feeling stiff. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the France Pavilion and the lagoon beyond, making the setting especially memorable on evenings when Luminous The Symphony of Us is scheduled to run.

The room seats a modest number of guests per evening, which preserves the sense of exclusivity. Service is attentive and knowledgeable — the sommelier and front-of-house team are well-equipped to guide guests through the wine list and menu with the kind of unhurried expertise that is rare in a theme park context.

A Tribute to Paul Bocuse

Chef Paul Bocuse was a titan of French gastronomy — a pioneer of nouvelle cuisine, a winner of the Bocuse d’Or, and the chef whose Lyon restaurant held three Michelin stars for more than five decades. His connection to Walt Disney World goes back decades, when he helped establish the original restaurant in the France Pavilion. Monsieur Paul carries that legacy forward with a menu that honors classical French tradition while embracing the best seasonal produce.
