Hollywood & Vine accepts the Disney Dining Plan, with 1 Table-Service meal redeemed per person for any meal period. Given the all-you-care-to-enjoy format and the character dining experience included in the price, this is considered a good value for dining plan redemption — particularly for families with young children who want a character interaction without the wait of a traditional meet-and-greet.

About Hollywood & Vine

Hollywood & Vine is one of Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ oldest dining institutions, styled as an Art Deco “Cafeteria to the Stars” that evokes the glamour of 1930s and 1940s Hollywood. The sprawling dining room features bold geometric patterns, polished surfaces, and warm tones that recall the golden age of the studio system — fitting for a park built around the magic of filmmaking.

The restaurant runs two distinct character experiences depending on meal period. At breakfast, Disney Junior characters appear tableside — the lineup has historically included favorites from popular Disney Junior programming, making this one of the only places on Walt Disney World property to meet these characters in a sit-down dining format. At lunch and dinner, Minnie Mouse presides over a series of seasonal parties that transform the restaurant’s atmosphere, menu, and character costumes throughout the year.

The buffet format means guests can move at their own pace, revisit favorite dishes, and spend time at the table without the pressure of ordering on a schedule. This makes Hollywood & Vine particularly well-suited to families with young children. The restaurant’s location near Echo Lake, close to the park entrance, also makes it easy to incorporate into the start or end of a Hollywood Studios day without significant backtracking.
