About Oga’s Cantina at Walt Disney World Resort
Welcome to Oga’s Cantina — the most notorious watering hole in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In the lore of Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu, this is where bounty hunters, smugglers, rogue traders, and weary travelers of all ages come together to refuel, enjoy music, and conduct business, no questions asked. Proprietor Oga Garra runs a tight ship, enforcing a strict code of conduct — though as she’ll warn you, patrons can be unpredictable, so keep your head down and drink casual.
The moment you step inside, you are transported to a galaxy far, far away. The enclosed, dimly lit interior is packed with alien artifacts, exotic bottled ingredients, and the unmistakable energy of DJ R-3X — a former Starspeeder 3000 pilot turned cantina DJ who provides the musical entertainment. The atmosphere is one of the most fully realized Star Wars environments Disney has ever created, and simply being inside Oga’s feels like a scene pulled directly from the films.
Space is extremely limited and seating is mainly standing room, with a small number of seats available on a first-come basis — not guaranteed. Reservations are strongly recommended, as walk-up availability is scarce. Guests should check in no earlier than 15 minutes before their reservation time at the Cast Member station at the end of the queue inside Galaxy’s Edge. All members of the party must be present at check-in, and late arrivals may not be accommodated.
