The Candlelight Processional Dining Package is the premier way to experience one of Disney’s most beloved and long-standing holiday traditions. Book a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant, and you’ll receive a voucher guaranteeing reserved seating at one of that day’s Candlelight Processional performances.

What Is the Candlelight Processional?

The Candlelight Processional is a timeless holiday tradition held each year during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, typically running from mid-November through the end of December. Each evening, a celebrity narrator retells the story of Christmas alongside a 50-piece live orchestra and massed choir at the America Gardens Theatre on the World Showcase Lagoon. Guest narrators have included celebrities such as Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Mariah Carey, and many others. The lineup changes throughout the season.

Participating Restaurants

The dining package is available at select World Showcase and EPCOT restaurants. Historically, participating locations have included:

• Le Cellier Steakhouse — Canadian steakhouse (2 Table-Service credits for dining plan users)
• Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria — Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, Italy Pavilion
• Tutto Italia Ristorante — Italian trattoria, Italy Pavilion
• Garden Grill Restaurant — Rotating character dining, The Land
• Coral Reef Restaurant — Seafood dining beside The Seas aquarium
• Biergarten Restaurant — German buffet with live entertainment
• Rose & Crown Dining Room — British pub fare, United Kingdom Pavilion
• Additional restaurants may be added or removed each season

Participating restaurants and availability are confirmed each fall when the season is announced.

2. Dine at your reserved time — lunch and dinner both qualify
3. Receive your reserved seating voucher from your server before you leave
4. Arrive at the America Gardens Theatre before your performance, check in at the reserved seating entrance
5. Enjoy a guaranteed seat in the dedicated dining package section

Dining Plan Information

Dining plan credits are accepted at participating restaurants as part of this package. The reserved seating voucher for the Candlelight Processional is included at no additional credit cost. Credit usage varies by restaurant: Le Cellier Steakhouse requires 2 Table-Service credits per person (it is a signature dining location), while most other participating restaurants use 1 Table-Service credit per person. The dining package is not an additional charge on top of the dining plan meal — the voucher is simply included when you dine.

The Candlelight Processional is one of the oldest and most cherished traditions at Walt Disney World, with roots dating back to the park’s earliest years. Each holiday season, a celebrated celebrity narrator joins a full orchestral ensemble and a massed choir of over 400 voices to tell the Christmas story in a performance that has moved generations of Disney guests to tears. The combination of soaring choral music, live orchestra, and candlelit procession creates an atmosphere unlike anything else in the parks.

Without a dining package, the only way to see the Candlelight Processional is to stake out a spot in the general admission seating at the America Gardens Theatre well before showtime — a process that can require arriving 60 to 90 minutes early during peak December dates. The dining package solves that problem entirely. With your reserved seating voucher in hand, you can spend your day exploring the holiday kitchens, trying festival specialties, and browsing holiday merchandise without worrying about losing your place in line.

This package is available only during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, making it highly seasonal. Demand spikes dramatically in late November and December, particularly for dates featuring popular narrators.
