Jock Lindsey's Holiday Menu Skips the Party Ticket

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is getting a full holiday overlay — a new seasonal food and drink menu plus festive decor — running November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027. Disney unveiled the lineup in a November 2, 2026 Disney Parks Blog post (“Disney Eats: First Look at Holidays at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar,” by Ally Ortmann), and the headline for us is simple: this is a two-month holiday spread at a walk-up Disney Springs bar, not a limited-ticket party exclusive.

That matters because so much of Disney World’s best holiday food this season sits behind a separately ticketed hard event. The treats we recently covered for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the bites at Disney Jollywood Nights both require a paid party ticket on specific nights. Jock Lindsey’s does not. If you can get to Disney Springs — which has no admission charge — you can order from this menu for roughly 62 days straight.

What’s actually new on the menu

According to the Disney Parks Blog announcement, the holiday menu leans heavily into brand-new items. Here’s the full new lineup as Disney described it, split by food and drink.

Drink (21+)Frosted Passage MartiniTito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White, and cream
Drink (21+)Holiday Cranberry NegroniHendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup

The showpiece of the new drink menu is the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight, built on Hot Cocoa by Joffrey’s Coffee and served in three spiked versions: a dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and cinnamon syrup; a white hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord; and a dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys Original Irish Cream. For a bar themed around a globe-trotting cargo pilot, a round-the-world cocoa flight is exactly the kind of on-theme touch we’d expect here.

Two returning dishes round out the savory side: A Wreath of Wellington (strip steak with mushroom duxelles, gruyère, puff pastry, herbed Parmesan, and a horseradish-mustard aioli) and the Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs (deviled eggs with a sweet potato filling, fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley).

Why this overlay is worth a detour

A few things stand out to us about how Disney built this menu. First, the balance is heavier on shareable, bar-style plates than on entrees — egg rolls, croquettes, a brie board, deviled eggs — which fits the lounge format and makes it easy to graze while you wait for a table elsewhere in Disney Springs. Second, cranberry is the throughline, appearing in the food (the Freight Rolls’ dipping sauce), in two of the three new 21+ cocktails, and even as a garnish on the non-alcoholic Hangar Holly Jolly. That is a tightly themed menu rather than a scattershot one.

The run also stretches well past Christmas, closing January 11, 2027. That is a longer window than most of Disney World’s seasonal food offerings, and it gives early-January travelers — often a quieter, cheaper time to visit — a holiday food stop that many guests assume has already packed up by then.

As always, Disney notes that “all offerings are subject to change and availability,” so items and the hot chocolate flight’s specific builds could shift during the run. The source post did not list pricing or any reservation requirement for the holiday menu, and we’re not going to guess at numbers Disney didn’t publish.

The bottom line

If you want Disney World holiday food without buying into a hard-ticket party, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is one of the easiest wins this season — open to anyone at Disney Springs from November 10 to January 11. You can read Disney’s full first-look announcement on the Disney Parks Blog.
