On September 16, 2026, Disney introduced Carol — a 36-year Walt Disney World cast member — as the ragtime pianist now performing at the restaurant, according to an official Disney Parks Blog post by Landon McReynolds. Disney says Carol is a Central Florida native who began reading music at age two and started playing piano at four.
