Note that the Disney Dining Plan covers the base meal; wine, specialty cocktails, and additional add-ons are typically not included and must be paid separately.

About Shula’s Steak House

Shula’s Steak House is part of the Shula’s Restaurant Group, a collection of steakhouses founded by Don Shula — head coach of the Miami Dolphins for over two decades and the winningest head coach in NFL history at the time of his retirement. The Walt Disney World location at the Dolphin Hotel is one of the flagship Shula’s properties and has been serving guests since the hotel opened.

The Setting

The dining room is unmistakably a coach’s steak house. The walls are lined with football memorabilia, framed photographs, and items from Don Shula’s career, including a replica of his famous undefeated 1972 season football. The booths are deep and private, the lighting is warm, and the overall atmosphere communicates old-school American prosperity — the kind of restaurant where business deals get done over a bottle of red wine and a prime rib.

Menu items are printed on footballs at the center of each table, a signature Shula’s trademark carried across all locations in the group.

Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel Context

The Dolphin Hotel is part of the Swan & Dolphin complex, a pair of hotels designed by architect Michael Graves and opened in the early 1990s on the shore of Crescent Lake between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
