Menu Highlights

Morimoto Asia offers a sweeping menu that spans Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Malay cuisines — all filtered through Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s inventive lens.

Starters and Dim Sum

Begin with fresh poke salad or work through a selection of dim sum from the exhibition kitchen. The Peking duck is carved tableside and served boneless with Chinese pancakes — one of the most theatrical dishes on the menu.

Entrees

• Kakuni Bao — braised pork belly in soft steamed buns
• Red Miso-Glazed Salmon — Faroe Island salmon with a rich umami glaze
• Wok-Fried Lobster — whole or half, with black bean sauce or butter
• Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna — a signature tableside sear presentation
• Peking Duck — served boneless with traditional Chinese pancakes

Sushi and Sashimi

The second-level sushi bar and lounge offers an extensive raw bar menu with premium cuts of fish and creative rolls.

Desserts

Save room for the Oreo Tempura — a signature dish that has become a Morimoto Asia calling card. The dessert menu also includes classic mochi ice cream and seasonal Japanese-inspired options.

Drinks

An extensive sake list is available by the glass, carafe, or bottle. The restaurant also serves Morimoto-branded specialty beers and creative cocktails like the Morimoto Signature Aged Sake.

Dining Plan Information

When using the Disney Dining Plan, 1 Table-Service meal is redeemed per person for lunch and 2 Table-Service meals for dinner. Given the quality and variety at Morimoto Asia, the dinner redemption is generally considered strong value for the experience.

About Morimoto Asia

Morimoto Asia is the flagship restaurant of Iron Chef America star Masaharu Morimoto — and his first Pan-Asian concept — located at The Landing in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.

The Space

The restaurant occupies a dramatic 2-story interior with glittering 20-foot chandeliers, Shanghai-influenced lounges, private dining rooms, and a second-level sushi bar and lounge overlooking the waterfront. Exhibition kitchens visible from the dining room showcase live Peking duck carving and dim sum preparation.

The Chef

Chef Morimoto is one of the most recognized figures in Asian cuisine, known for his appearances on Iron Chef Japan and Iron Chef America. At Morimoto Asia, he has created a menu that moves across the continent — from Japanese sushi and sashimi to Chinese dim sum and Peking duck to Korean and Malay preparations — unified by his precision and respect for ingredients.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially for dinner. The restaurant is open seven days a week and does not require theme park admission.
