The Experience

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing is a separately ticketed add-on available exclusively during select nights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park. A valid Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket for the same evening is required for entry and is sold separately.

This version of the dessert party provides Plaza Garden viewing — a reserved standing area directly in front of Cinderella Castle — which gives guests one of the most centrally located, unobstructed sightlines for the fireworks and castle projection show in all of Magic Kingdom.

How It Works

Guests check in at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant prior to the fireworks and enjoy a festive holiday dessert spread inside the restaurant. When showtime approaches, Cast Members guide the group to the reserved Plaza Garden viewing area, positioned in the green space directly in front of Cinderella Castle. From this vantage point, the castle’s full facade is visible, making it one of the best places in the park to experience the projection mapping and fireworks together.

From the Plaza Garden viewing area, guests watch Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks — a fireworks spectacular presented exclusively during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and hosted by Minnie Mouse. The show illuminates the night sky above Cinderella Castle with pyrotechnics choreographed to classic and modern Christmas music, accented by projections that transform the castle facade into a canvas of holiday imagery.

The Plaza Garden location puts guests closer to the castle than the Tomorrowland Terrace patio, making it the preferred choice for those who want the most immersive fireworks experience and the best angles for photos.
