Amare serves an a la carte dinner menu rooted in Mediterranean culinary traditions, with particular emphasis on Italian and Greek coastal cooking. The kitchen draws on wood-fire techniques, house-made pastas, and market-fresh seafood to anchor a menu that evolves with the seasons.

When using the Disney Dining Plan, 2 Table-Service meals are redeemed per person at Amare. As a Signature Dining experience at the $$$ price point, Amare represents strong value for dining plan holders seeking an elevated meal in the EPCOT resort area — particularly for those staying at the Swan Reserve, Swan, or Dolphin hotels.

About Amare

Amare — Italian for “to love” — is the signature restaurant of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, a AAA Four Diamond hotel that opened as part of the Marriott Bonvoy collection. The restaurant was designed to match the elevated character of the hotel itself, offering a dining experience that would be at home in any major American culinary city.

The Setting

The dining room is intimate and warmly lit, with a design palette that draws from the sunlit coasts of the Mediterranean — warm stone tones, rich wood accents, dramatic floral arrangements, and open-flame cooking visible from the dining room. The atmosphere strikes a balance between special-occasion elegance and approachable warmth: formal enough to feel like a genuine occasion, relaxed enough for an unhurried meal.

The Wine Program

Amare’s wine list leans heavily into Italian and broader Mediterranean producers, with a well-curated selection of Barolo, Brunello, Sicilian whites, Greek whites, and international bottles. The sommelier team can help guests pair wines with the seasonal menu. Cocktails at Amare draw from Italian aperitivo culture — Negronis, Aperol Spritzes, and original creations using amaro and vermouth.

Location & Access

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is located near EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, within walking distance of the EPCOT International Gateway entrance. Guests can also take the complimentary Disney skyliner from the Swan Reserve area or use water taxis. Amare is open to all guests — not exclusively hotel guests — and reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends and during EPCOT festival seasons.
