About Yachtsman Steakhouse

Yachtsman Steakhouse has been a fixture of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort since the resort opened in 1990. Designed by architect Robert A. M. Stern, the Yacht Club evokes the grand shingle-style resorts of New England’s Gold Coast, and the Yachtsman embodies that same aesthetic — dark wood paneling, polished brass fixtures, and nautical details that suggest a private yacht club dining room from a more elegant era.

The Dry-Aging Program

One of Yachtsman’s defining features is the on-site dry-aging program visible through a glass display case near the restaurant entrance.
