Nomad Lounge

The adjacent Nomad Lounge shares Tiffins’ kitchen and serves a separate a la carte menu of small plates, cocktails, and specialty beverages. Walk-ups are welcome at the Lounge, making it an excellent alternative for experiencing Tiffins’ food and atmosphere without a reservation.

Tiffins is a Disney Signature Dining restaurant, requiring 2 Table-Service meal entitlements per person when using the Disney Dining Plan. As Animal Kingdom’s premier fine dining experience, the 2-credit redemption reflects both the quality of the cuisine and the exclusivity of the experience. Given the $$$ price tier, guests paying out of pocket will typically spend $60–$100+ per person before beverages and gratuity, making the 2-credit redemption a strong value during peak dining plan seasons.

About Tiffins Restaurant

Tiffins opened in 2016 alongside the Pandora — The World of Avatar expansion, and it stands as the only Signature Dining restaurant inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Its name comes from the traditional tiered lunchboxes carried by travelers across South Asia and Africa — a fitting metaphor for a restaurant built around the spirit of exploration.

A Living Gallery

The restaurant’s three dining rooms — the Africa Room, the Asia Room, and the Oceania Room — are each decorated with original artwork, sketches, and sculptures created by Walt Disney Imagineers who traveled the world to design Animal Kingdom and Pandora. The walls are hung with concept art, expedition photographs, and handcrafted pieces collected during those research trips. Dining at Tiffins is genuinely unlike any other restaurant on Disney property: you are surrounded by the real creative history of the park you are sitting in.

The Cuisine

Executive chefs draw from the same regions that inspired Imagineer journeys — Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America — to craft a menu that is genuinely adventurous without being inaccessible. Tiffins was one of the first Disney restaurants to pursue relationships with smaller farms and sustainable seafood sources, and that commitment to quality shows on the plate. The wine list is well-curated and draws from producers across both the Old and New Worlds.
