About The Edison

The Edison is one of Disney Springs’ most visually distinctive restaurants — a sprawling venue built around the aesthetic of a 1920s electrical power plant, complete with exposed ductwork, industrial-scale lighting, brick walls, and the kind of theatrical design that makes the space immediately recognizable in photos. The “Industrial Gothic” theme is committed and detailed throughout, from the entry through the main dining hall to the bar area.

The Space

The venue occupies a large footprint with multiple dining rooms and levels, each with its own character. The main hall channels period industrial grandeur with high ceilings and dramatic metalwork. An upstairs level overlooks the ground floor, while outdoor spaces and the adjacent Stargazers Lounge — an open-air bar with live music — give the venue a nightlife dimension that extends well past dinner.

The live entertainment element is genuine and nightly. The house band Moxy has a loyal following among guests who return specifically for the musical atmosphere. On weekend evenings, the energy in the main dining hall gets lively — this is not the place for a quiet dinner conversation.
