About Sebastian’s Bistro

Sebastian’s Bistro opened at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort in 2019 as part of a broader revitalization of the resort’s dining and entertainment offerings that also introduced Centertown Market. The restaurant takes its name and personality from Sebastian the Crab, the excitable Jamaican-accented court composer from The Little Mermaid — and it wears that inspiration with genuine charm. The dining room is bright and festive, decorated with musical instruments, Caribbean color, and nods to Sebastian’s famous musical numbers.
