Dining Plan Information

GCH Craftsman Bar does not accept the Disneyland Dining Plan. As with most Disneyland Resort hotel restaurants, dining is charged out of pocket. The moderate price point makes it an accessible option for hotel guests looking for a quality meal without the formality of Napa Rose.

GCH Craftsman Bar is the relaxed counterpart to Napa Rose within Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Where Napa Rose offers a formal fine-dining experience, the Craftsman Bar provides the same architecturally stunning Arts and Crafts setting in a more casual bar-and-grill format — ideal for guests who want a quality drink and a satisfying meal without committing to a full prix fixe dinner.

The bar is positioned in the hotel’s grand lobby area, adjacent to the main entrance and overlooking the walkway toward Downtown Disney. The soaring ceilings, exposed timber beams, and warm amber lighting of the Grand Californian create a distinctly Californian lodge atmosphere that makes even a simple burger feel like a proper sit-down occasion.

The craft cocktail program draws on the same wine country spirit that defines the broader Grand Californian dining identity: California spirits, fresh-pressed juices, and house-made syrups feature prominently. The rotating local draft beer selection showcases Southern California’s robust craft brewery scene.

GCH Craftsman Bar is particularly well suited for hotel guests looking to decompress after a park day, as well as families who want access to Napa Rose-quality ingredients in a menu format that works for all ages. Walk-up seating is generally available at the bar, though table seating during peak dinner hours may require a reservation.
