The Experience

The Fantasmic! Dining Package at Hollywood & Vine is a specific variant of the broader Fantasmic! Dining Package program at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, pairing the Hollywood & Vine buffet experience with guaranteed reserved seating for the evening’s Fantasmic! show.

What’s Included

• All-you-care-to-enjoy buffet at Hollywood & Vine covering the full range of the buffet’s lunch or dinner offerings — salads, carved meats, seafood, pasta, sides, and desserts
• Fantasmic! reserved seating voucher issued by your server during the meal, granting access to a dedicated viewing section for that evening’s performance
• No additional ticket, charge, or add-on is required — the reserved seating comes with the meal

How It Works

1. Book a Fantasmic! Dining Package reservation at Hollywood & Vine through the Disney World app or Disney dining reservation system — note that this is a distinct booking type from a standard Hollywood & Vine reservation
2. Dine during your reserved lunch or dinner time at Hollywood & Vine’s buffet
3. Request your Fantasmic! seating voucher from your server before leaving the restaurant
4. Arrive at the Fantasmic! amphitheater at the check-in time listed on your voucher — typically 30 to 60 minutes before showtime
5. Present your voucher at the reserved section entrance and take your assigned seats for the show

Every person in the dining party must be included in the dining package booking.

The Buffet

Hollywood & Vine’s all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet at dinner typically includes:

• Carved meats — Beef tenderloin, turkey, or seasonal roasts at the carving station
• Seafood — Seared salmon and rotating seasonal seafood preparations
• Salad bar — Full salad station with greens, vegetables, and dressings
• Hot sides — Seasonal vegetables, starches, and casseroles that rotate throughout the year
• Plant-based options — A dedicated plant-based entree alongside the main buffet selections
• Desserts — Bread pudding, seasonal themed sweets, and rotating pastry options

The buffet contents change seasonally to reflect Minnie Mouse’s themed dinner parties (spring, summer, fall/Halloween, and winter/holiday editions).

Fantasmic! Reserved Seating

The reserved section accessed via the dining package provides seating in a preferred viewing area of the Fantasmic! amphitheater. The show runs approximately 30 minutes and features:

• Mickey Mouse in a battle of imagination versus Disney villains
• Projected imagery on massive water screens
• Live performers, pyrotechnics, lasers, and fire effects
• Appearances by dozens of Disney characters across multiple set pieces

The amphitheater has a capacity of approximately 6,900 guests, and the reserved section fills on a first-come-first-seated basis among dining package holders, so arriving at or before the check-in time on your voucher is strongly recommended.

Dining Plan Information

The Fantasmic! Dining Package at Hollywood & Vine does not accept Disney Dining Plan credits. The package must be paid out of pocket at the current per-person price listed at the time of booking. Pricing is listed at $$$$ reflecting the combination of the full buffet and the reserved entertainment experience.

For the standard Hollywood & Vine buffet without the Fantasmic! dining package attached, dining plan credits are accepted — but those reservations do not include the reserved seating voucher for the show.

Hollywood & Vine is the most family-oriented of the four restaurants participating in the Fantasmic! Dining Package program. Where The Hollywood Brown Derby is a Signature Dining experience requiring more time and deliberate planning, and 50’s Prime Time Cafe and Sci-Fi Dine-In offer quick-table-service-style pacing, Hollywood & Vine’s buffet format accommodates families with children of varying ages and appetites without the friction of ordering from a menu. Children can revisit their favorite dishes, picky eaters find the broad buffet selection easier to navigate, and the all-inclusive pricing removes the uncertainty of the final bill.

The restaurant’s Art Deco cafeteria-inspired dining room, located on Echo Lake near the park’s main entrance, positions guests conveniently for both a pre-show meal and the walk to the Fantasmic! amphitheater at the park’s far end near Sunset Boulevard. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the walk from Hollywood & Vine to the amphitheater check-in area.
