Enzo’s Hideaway is one of the most atmospheric dining spots at all of Walt Disney World. Tucked beneath the Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante building at The Landing section of Disney Springs, the bar occupies a network of brick tunnels inspired by Florida’s real prohibition-era history — when bootleggers used similar underground passages to smuggle rum from the Caribbean.

The concept draws on what Disney Springs storytelling does best: building a fully imagined world with a specific time and place. The setting feels genuinely clandestine — exposed brick, dim Edison-bulb lighting, curved tunnel ceilings, and the sense that you’ve wandered somewhere you weren’t supposed to find. It’s the kind of place that rewards arriving early for dinner at Maria & Enzo’s upstairs and lingering over a barrel-aged cocktail before or after your meal.

The food is solid enough to build a full meal around, but Enzo’s Hideaway functions best as a bar with food rather than a restaurant with a bar. The cocktail program is among the most serious on property, and the rum selection in particular is extraordinary by any standard — not just Disney’s.
