The Experience
The Chef’s Table at Victoria & Albert’s is the most exclusive dining experience at Walt Disney World — a private seat at the heart of one of Florida’s most decorated restaurant kitchens.
The Setting
Unlike the main dining room or the Queen Victoria’s Room, the Chef’s Table places guests directly inside the Victoria & Albert’s kitchen. You watch as the culinary team works around you — the sounds, aromas, and sights of a world-class kitchen become part of the meal itself. Seating is extremely limited, making this among the hardest reservations in all of Walt Disney World.
The Menu
Maître d’Hôtel Israel Pérez — recipient of the 2024 MICHELIN Guide Florida Service Award — and his team guide guests through an extraordinary multi-course tasting menu that runs approximately 4 hours. The menu is inspired by the season and changes regularly based on ingredients sourced fresh daily from world markets. Guests can expect anywhere from 10 to 14 courses, each a precisely crafted expression of contemporary American cuisine with global influences.
Highlights from recent menus have included:
- Wagyu preparations with delicate accompaniments
- Florida seafood courses showcasing local catches
- House-made charcuterie and artisan cheese selections
- Elaborate dessert courses with tableside preparation elements
Pairings
Optional wine pairings start at $210 per person. Zero-proof pairings start at $145 per person. The sommelier team curates each pairing to complement the progression of the evening’s menu.

The prix-fixe menu is $425 per guest, subject to change. Prices do not include tax, gratuity, or optional pairings.

About Chef’s Table at Victoria & Albert’s
Victoria & Albert’s has held the AAA Five Diamond Award every year since 2000 and the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award consecutively since 2018. The restaurant earned its first MICHELIN star in 2024 under Chef Matthew Sowers — a distinction that places it among the finest restaurants in all of Florida, not just Walt Disney World.
The Chef’s Table experience takes everything that makes Victoria & Albert’s exceptional and distills it into its purest form: the kitchen, the team, and the food. With no themed décor, no entertainment, and no spectacle beyond the culinary craft itself, this is dining for guests who want an extraordinary meal above all else.
Renovations at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are ongoing in select areas through early 2027. Guests may encounter alternate paths of travel when visiting.
