Cafe Orleans serves Cajun- and Creole-inspired fare for both lunch and dinner. The menu is a la carte, with prices in the $$$ range ($35–$59.99 per adult for a typical meal).

Kids’ create-your-own entrees (ages 9 and younger) range from $12.00–$14.00 and include Chicken Strips, Sauteed Shrimp, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, and Mickey’s Cheesy Macaroni.

Fantasmic! Dining Package: A 3-course dining package is available that includes reserved viewing for the Fantasmic! nighttime spectacular.

Dining Plan Information

Cafe Orleans accepts the Disneyland Dining Plan, with 1 Table-Service meal redeemed per person per visit. Given the a la carte pricing ($26–$32 for most entrees), this represents solid everyday value. The dining plan covers one entree, one non-alcoholic beverage, and one dessert per credit.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid the $10-per-person no-show fee. Parties of 8 or more will have 20% gratuity automatically added.

Ever since it opened in 1966, Cafe Orleans has been one of Disneyland’s most beloved dining destinations — a charming sidewalk café that has been serving up Cajun charm and a nostalgic menu of classic favorites for over five decades. Nestled in the heart of New Orleans Square, the restaurant captures the breezy, festive spirit of the French Quarter.

The covered patio is a particularly magical place to dine. On a clear day, Guests can watch the Mark Twain Riverboat and Sailing Ship Columbia glide past on the Rivers of America while enjoying a leisurely meal. Inside, the décor pays homage to the area’s rich history, and character displays from The Princess and the Frog add a whimsical, modern touch — including Walt Disney’s original espresso machine.

Cafe Orleans is perhaps best known for its signature Monte Cristo Sandwich: a golden, battered-and-fried creation piled with turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese, dusted with powdered sugar and served with seasonal preserves and garlicky parmesan Pommes Frites. It’s one of the most iconic bites in all of Disneyland.
