If you’ve been watching the Disney parks world closely this week, you already know that something extraordinary just happened in Paris. On March 29, 2026, Disneyland Paris officially transformed its second gate — formerly Walt Disney Studios Park — into Disney Adventure World, and with it came the grand opening of World of Frozen: a fully immersive land built around the kingdom of Arendelle.

But while everyone is buzzing about the rides and theming, we need to talk about the food. Because the dining lineup inside this brand-new land is genuinely impressive — and if a trip to Disneyland Paris is anywhere on your radar, the restaurants alone might be reason enough to book.

According to Disney Food Blog’s February 2026 deep-dive, four new dining venues are opening as part of this massive expansion, including two full-service and counter-service restaurants inside World of Frozen itself.

Meet the Two Main Restaurants Inside World of Frozen

Nordic Crowns Tavern — Quick-Service, Nordic Style

The first is Nordic Crowns Tavern, a quick-service restaurant serving lunch and dinner. The concept leans fully into the Scandinavian aesthetic of Arendelle, with walls decorated in paintings and royal artifacts that weave the story of the kingdom right into the dining experience.

The menu is built around customization — guests choose from 16 different combinations featuring bases like mashed potatoes or quinoa, paired with proteins such as grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs, then finished off with seasonal vegetables and your choice of tangy cranberry or creamy dill sauce. It’s a genuinely exciting quick-service concept that goes well beyond the typical theme park burger-and-fries formula.

And yes — look above the doorway as you enter. Disney has hidden a nod to Olaf’s Frozen Adventure up there, featuring the adorable cats from the short. A fun little Easter egg for eagle-eyed fans.

The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge — Table Service with Princesses

This is the one that has us most excited. The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge is a full table-service restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and it also happens to be a character dining experience featuring some of the most beloved Disney princesses: Belle, Merida, Jasmine, Aurora, Mulan, and Ariel.

The interior sounds breathtaking: embroidered drapes, floral tapestries, delicate wood moldings, and murals of the very princesses you’ll meet during your meal. Each place setting features custom porcelain plates designed by Royal Delft, the renowned Dutch ceramics brand — a detail that takes the dining experience to a genuinely special level.

The lounge component is also historic: it is reportedly the first bar ever to open inside either Disneyland Paris park, themed around Disney animal sidekicks — think Heihei, Pascal, and Mushu. Whether you’re grabbing a cocktail before dinner or just popping in for a drink, this is a milestone for the resort.

Adventure Way’s 14 New Food Locations

Beyond the two main restaurants, the broader Disney Adventure World expansion brings 14 additional food and beverage locations to the new Adventure Way area. Two highlights:

  • La Terrasse Panoramique — Serving hearty bread bowls, New York rolls, and comforting hot beverages, this sounds like a perfect spot for a casual mid-day refuel.
  • Café Luminosity — Featuring an original hot dog concept with four signature recipes, plus sweet treats like cinnamon rolls. Simple, but the kind of thing that hits just right after a long day in the parks.

Why This Matters for Disney Dining Fans

The opening of Disney Adventure World is one of the biggest moments in Disneyland Paris history, and the dining program reflects exactly that ambition. World of Frozen isn’t just a land — it’s an immersive storytelling experience that extends all the way to the plate.

The Regal View’s multi-princess character dining concept fills a gap that many Disney Paris visitors have felt for years. Meeting six classic Disney princesses in a single, beautifully themed dining room is the kind of memory-making experience that families plan entire trips around. And for adults, the novelty of the first-ever bar inside a Disneyland Paris park — themed around beloved animal sidekicks, no less — adds a layer of fun that guests of all ages can appreciate.

We’re also watching the Nordic Crowns Tavern concept closely. Disney’s quick-service offerings can sometimes feel like an afterthought, but a fully customizable Nordic menu with real ingredients and thoughtful flavor pairings suggests the culinary team has put genuine care into this land from top to bottom.

Should You Plan a Trip?

If a Disneyland Paris visit has been on your list, the timing could not be better. World of Frozen is brand new, the restaurants are fresh, and the lines for everything are about to get very long as word spreads. Getting there in the early months of the land’s life means experiencing it before it becomes one of the most visited areas of any Disney resort in the world.

Reservations for The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge are going to be in extremely high demand — if you’re planning a trip, we’d strongly recommend securing your dining reservation as early as the system allows.

The kingdom of Arendelle is officially open. And it’s hungry.
