Black Tap's Viral CrazyShakes Are Coming to Disney Springs — For a Limited Time Only
If you’ve ever scrolled past a towering, candy-loaded milkshake on social media and thought “where do I get one of those?” — Disney Springs is about to have your answer. Starting March 2, 2026, Black Tap’s legendary CrazyShakes are coming to Walt Disney World for the very first time, and the clock is already ticking on this limited-time pop-up.
According to The Disney Food Blog, the new CrazyShake by Black Tap location will open in the former Sprinkles Cupcakes spot at Disney Springs and operate for approximately three months — meaning guests have a narrow window to snag one of these over-the-top creations before they’re gone.
What Exactly Is a CrazyShake?
If you haven’t encountered Black Tap before, prepare yourself. CrazyShakes are not your average milkshakes. They’re stacked, decorated, and engineered specifically to stop your thumb mid-scroll. We’re talking frosted rims, candy bars, cereal, Pop-Tarts, brownies, and homemade shaped treats piled high on top of a to-go cup. They went viral years ago in New York City and have since expanded across the country — including a permanent location at Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort in California.
This marks the first time Florida Disney guests will be able to get their hands on one without booking a trip to the West Coast.
The Menu: Five Shakes, One Clear Showstopper
The Disney Springs pop-up will offer five CrazyShake options:
- BAM BAM SHAKE — Vanilla frosted rim with Fruity Pebbles, topped with a Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispies treat, strawberry Pop-Tarts, Laffy Taffy, whipped cream, and a cherry
- THE COOKIE SHAKE — Cookie crumbles and sandwich loaded with chocolate chips
- COOKIES ‘N CREAM SUPREME — An Oreo lover’s dream with a cookies and cream sandwich on top
- BROOKLYN BLACKOUT — A chocolate-forward shake topped with brownies and chocolate drizzle
- SPECIAL EDITION MICKEY CRAZYSHAKE — The Disney exclusive: a vanilla frosted rim with Mickey Mouse sprinkles, topped with a homemade Mickey Mouse-shaped crispy treat
That last one is the obvious must-order for Disney fans. A Mickey-shaped crispy treat perched on top of an already over-the-top milkshake? That’s going to be everywhere on social media from day one.
Worth noting: this location is milkshake-only. Don’t expect burgers or other items from Black Tap’s full restaurant menu — this is a grab-and-go window experience, and shakes come in to-go cups rather than the fancy glassware you’d get at their California location.
Why This Is a Big Deal for Disney Springs
Disney Springs has been on a hot streak with food and beverage additions lately, but CrazyShake by Black Tap fills a very specific gap: the viral, shareable, impulse-buy dessert experience. It’s the kind of spot that generates lines simply because of the product — no reservations, no planning required, just walk up and hand over your wallet.
The three-month run also creates genuine urgency. If you have a Walt Disney World trip planned before late May 2026, this is worth working into your itinerary. Once it’s gone, there’s no guarantee it comes back.
Pricing hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but if Black Tap’s other locations are any guide, expect these to land in the $15–$20 range. For a novelty treat at a Disney-adjacent venue, that’s par for the course — and honestly, the photo you’ll get may be worth it on its own.
Plan Your Visit
CrazyShake by Black Tap opens at Disney Springs on March 2, 2026, and runs for approximately 90 days. The pop-up is located in the former Sprinkles Cupcakes space. No reservations are needed — this is a walk-up window experience.
We’ll be watching closely once doors open and will share more details on pricing and wait times as they become available. In the meantime, start clearing space on your camera roll.
