The Muppets Are Taking Over Hollywood Studios — And They're Bringing Nachos

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is about to get a whole lot more chaotic — and we mean that in the best possible way. On May 26, 2026, the park debuts Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, the long-anticipated reimagining of the classic Aerosmith-era thrill ride. And right outside its doors, a brand-new snack kiosk is opening alongside it: FØØD by Swedish Chef.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, the kiosk takes over the former KRNR The Rock Station location in the ride’s courtyard and leans fully into the spirit of the franchise — celebrating the Electric Mayhem band and the culinary mayhem only the Swedish Chef himself could inspire.

What Is FØØD by Swedish Chef?

If you’re imagining a food truck run by a chef whose recipes “never quite go according to plan,” you’re already in the right headspace. FØØD by Swedish Chef is a quick-service snack kiosk, not a table-service restaurant, but it’s designed to be a natural extension of the new attraction’s theming. Just as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster has swapped out its rock star for the Electric Mayhem band, the courtyard food offering has swapped in the Muppets’ most gloriously incompetent cook.

The name itself — spelled with that distinctly Swedish-Chef-coded Ø — is a small detail that tells you Disney put some genuine love into this concept.

The Full Menu

The Disney Parks Blog has revealed the complete lineup, and it’s a fun mix of new Muppets-inspired creations alongside returning favorites from the previous location.

New Items

Wocka Wocking Nachos Corn chips piled with queso blanco, tomatoes, and guacamole — named for Fozzie Bear’s signature punchline. It’s a crowd-pleasing stadium snack dressed up in Muppet flair, and honestly, we’re here for it.

Churro Drumstick A twisted churro coated in mixed berry sugar, topped with raspberry sauce and sprinkles, served with a side of chocolate sauce. The drumstick shape is a nod to Animal’s instrument of choice. This one is going to be extremely photogenic.

Mayhem Soft-Serve Float Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry paired with vanilla soft-serve and crowned with pink cotton candy. Named for the Electric Mayhem band itself, this is the kind of over-the-top theme park treat that earns its own Instagram moment. Alcoholic add-ins are also available for guests looking to make it a proper celebration.

Pink Le-Moi-Nade Minute Maid Premium Lemonade blended with guava and a pink shimmer finish — a nod to Miss Piggy, naturally. Refined. Glamorous. Very moi.

Pond Water Limeade Minute Maid Premium Limeade with green apple flavor and fruit juice-filled pearls, inspired by Kermit the Frog. It’s green, it’s a little unexpected, and it’s got pearls. Somehow that’s very on-brand for Kermit.

Returning Favorites

The kiosk also keeps the hits from its predecessor: mini corn dogs with chips, chocolate chip cookies, assorted chips, vanilla, chocolate, and swirl waffle cones, frozen floats, fountain sodas, and frozen blue raspberry slushies. Alcoholic versions of several beverages are also on offer.

Why This Is Worth Getting Excited About

There’s a version of this story where a new snack stand outside a reimagined roller coaster barely registers as news. This is not that story.

The launch of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is one of the most anticipated attraction debuts at Walt Disney World in years. The Aerosmith version had been a fixture of Hollywood Studios since 1999, and replacing it — even with beloved characters like Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the Electric Mayhem band — was never going to be universally celebrated without a strong execution.

What FØØD by Swedish Chef signals is that Disney has thought about this attraction as an experience, not just a ride swap. The kiosk, the theming, the menu names — all of it suggests a cohesive world being built around the Muppets’ presence in the park. That matters. The best Disney attractions work because every touchpoint, including what you eat, reinforces where you are.

The Pond Water Limeade and the Churro Drumstick aren’t just snacks. They’re extensions of the storytelling.

What to Know Before You Go

FØØD by Swedish Chef opens May 26, 2026, the same day Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets officially debuts. It’s a walk-up kiosk, so no reservations or advance planning are needed — just show up, pick your order, and enjoy.

Given the buzz around the attraction opening, expect the area to be extremely busy in the first weeks. If you’re visiting right around launch day, plan to swing by FØØD by Swedish Chef during off-peak hours — mid-afternoon tends to thin out theme park crowds somewhat, especially if you’ve already knocked out the main rides earlier in the day.

Whether you’re racing to be among the first to ride the reimagined coaster or just looking for a reason to plan a Hollywood Studios day this summer, May 26 just got a lot more interesting.
